While researching my ancestry I have found a common theme: Valentine
My husband and I were married on 02/14 (Valentine’s Day) and I call him my Forever Valentine
My Pawpaw (Ma’s Dad) was born on Valentine’s Day
Pawpaw’s Mom (My GGMa) was born on Valentine’s Day
Pawpaw’s parents both have the name Bálint attached to them, the “meaning” of that name (when you search it on Google): Bálint (or Balint) is a Hungarian masculine given name and surname, a variant of the name Valentinus.
My birth father’s Dad’s name is: Bernard Valentine
AND depending on which record you pull, his Father’s name is either Valentine or Valenty AND he was born on Valentine’s Day in Poland.
Now I will forever look for my many Valentines…
